Dumbbell and Bodyweight Training for Home

I get it, not everyone has space for a full power rack and barbells, and many people just can’t get to a decent gym to train.

However, EVERYONE still needs to train in some capacity.

With that in mind, I’ve put together a Dumbbell and Bodyweight Training program you can do at home.

This program will absolutely get you stronger.  You just won’t progress nearly as fast as you would with a barbell program, and you will not get nearly as strong.

All you need is a set of adjustable dumbbells (men, you need adjustable dumbbells up to at least 50 pounds), a bench, and ideally a pull-up bar.

This training involves a total body workout that you can do as little as two days per week and still get results (3 days is ideal, but no more than that, unless you split up the workout).

This is my most affordable training, and it can actually be used as a solid starting point in your strength training journey which should eventually take you to barbells.

The program provides you with carefully selected exercises, how to train them (sets and reps and when to add weight), and video to show you how to do them.
