If you are ready to get started on your golf fitness journey, consider a customized fitness plan to help get the most out of your game.
Custom plans are tailored around the equipment you have available with some minimal requirements, such as a set of dumbbells and a weight bench.
The Process
At the bottom of this page is a link to download a questionnaire, so start there.
When you are ready to get started, click on the Paypal Button. I will follow up within 24 hours to set up a call to discuss your questionnaire, which you should complete before our call.
Once I have all the information I need, I will set up a plan for you to follow over the next six months.
The plan will include adjustments to the training through the course of the six months to account for your potential progress as if you are able to stick with the plan.
Throughout the six months, you’ll have email support in case you have any questions or need some feedback.
Once completed, you will have the opportunity to sign up for another plan or other coaching.
Your Investment
The 6 Month Custom Fitness Plan includes the following…
- Detailed strength training program, based on equipment you have available (at least requires adjustable dumbbells up to 50 pounds and a bench)
- Mobility and flexibility program
- Power and speed training
- Conditioning recommendations if weight loss is needed
- Diet and nutrition guidance to maximize the training results
All of this is presented in written form. Video demonstration of exercises will also be available.
You’ll have email support throughout the entire six months (I typically respond within 24 hours).
