There is one part of the golf swing that the pros and good amateur players do well that allows them to hit the ball miles further than the average amateur.

Before I get to that (yeah, it’s the transition!), let me point you to my training program that will help you increase your swing speed and hit longer tee shots.  Check it out here.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled program!

The transition from the back swing to the down swing is what separates good players from the average golfer.

It’s what can allow a skinny player like Will Zalatoris and Justin Thomas hit 300+ yard bombs while you are struggling to carry it 225.

There is a “magic” move in the golf swing that, if you can learn and execute it, it will unlock hidden golf swing speed you never knew you had.

What is that magic move?

It’s simply this…

The weight shift moves into the front foot before the hands are finished moving in the back swing.

I explain in the video below…

Now, to help you learn how to make this move, check out the video below where I demonstrate a drill to help with the transition.

Work on this drill if you struggle to hit the driver past 250 yards.

A good transition is what will help you increase your clubhead speed.

Now, get to work!
